RE: Midas Service Co. at 3101 Noland Rd, Independence MO. I am a 75 yr old male customer. Today, I had my front brakes repaired on a 23 yr old Pontiac Grand Am SE at this location. I was impressed with the manager, JP. He gave excellent customer service to me... - great eye contact - smiled naturally - exhibited a natural energy in voice, manner, and when briskly walking between office and shop. - he spoke respectfully to me - his positive attitude seemed genuine, not forced. - delivery of 'sales talk' was not forced or a hard sell. - he took time to answer all my questions. He educated me without talking down to me. If I were a business owner, I would hire him in a New York minute! I'm looking forward to getting my rear brakes done when they need it. Kelley Seymour

Have been using the Midas in Norwalk CT for over 20 years now and I couldn't be more pleased.

I went for service at the Midas location in Hudson NY for my Honda CRV, the service manager Marco was awesome. He explained to me and took me to the bay to show me the necessary service for my vehicle. He was courteous and I did not feel at all that he tried to oversell any that the vehicle not needed. I had a rear brake issue and the check engine light was on. Also red lightning bolt came on dash. I was ready to dump my precious van. Phoned Midas. Dan said to bring it in and they would assess. Too expensive the new vehicles. New brakes front and rear, New spark plugs, fuel injector, ignition coil and my baby is purring👍thank you Midas✝️🙏✝️

The local Midas store in Ithaca, New York, is my favorite place to take our vehicles. The associates working there are always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I trust them with all our vehicles.

They weren't able to fix the problem with my engine but they were forth coming with the fact that the problem was a bit more complicated. I appreciate the honesty and will continue to give them my business.
