Midas sells a Groupon promising 5 quarts of synthetic blend oil at a set price. When I tried to use the Groupon they told me that they would only put full synthetic oil in the car even though the car manufacturer states it is not required. There is nothing on the coupon that states they will not honor the manufacturer recommendations and only provide certain types of oil.

Leave them the car for MOT , they totally break my front lip into two pieces (not useable anymore ) and when the worker came to me to give me they keys said sorry you didnt mention is too low and hit our ramp. Maybe he not good with vision because is quite visible car is low. Don’t recommend to leave cars with this peoples probably they drove into ramp with more speed. Bad experience with them. Not even been offered to be fixed ( or cover at-least half costs of £260 lip )

Although this repair was done back in 2020, it's the 3rd time Midas replaced my fuel pump & hose Assy. . in 3 years. All due to fuel leak. So major, it's undriveable. I put my Trust in what i thought was people who care. It's also unfortunate that Midas Headquarters don't care what franchise owners do. What happened to Quaility Work? Oh yeah, i did make a complaint, was offered 10% off bill

Ik had een afspraak voor de onderhoud van mijn auto in de Midas garage van Hove. Ik was daar al jaren klant...De persoon aan onthaal was bijzonder onbeleefd en boertig voor absoluut geen reden. Na mijn vraag om te kalmeren bleef hij gewoon doorgaan. ik ben dan maar vertrokken en komt daar nooit meer terug. Niet te geloven

I had an appointment for oil change I waited about an hour but they didn’t start to oil change , I asked them but they said that we are busy and scheduled me for tomorrow They wast my time , very bad experience

Been long time customers, we’ve spent thousands of dollars on our vehicles there, Midas thinks they have 5 star mechanics obviously? They don’t, i don’t understand how or why you think you can charge 3 times the amount then all the other top mechanics in town, you lie about about how much certain parts costs, you don’t think we look that up? I’m happy you got all that money from us because that’s all you’ll get, we’re paying our Midas card off and cuttting it up and throwing it in the trash because that’s how you treat your good customers, I tried even calling a higher up district manager, no one got back to me, big surprise, you have awful reviews on the same thing I’m complaining about right now, it’s disgusting and I feel like a chump now, thanks so much 😡

So, fast forward after I leave , my car battery is still failing, I am no longer I. Oxnard area, I've relocated to the valley. 1 month in I called Marcos 2/24/23requested to speak with his dad Marcos and Marcos in formed that he was busy and he would call me back around 4- 430 pm. I patiently waited for tge call, no call received. So I was in town and drove to the office on 2/25. I came in and Marcos saw my pull in and when he came in the office I stated that I was waiting on the phone that I never received in a joking manner, but he got a bit defensive and said ...yeah I wasn't going to call you back, I was to busy. Just the tone and verbiage he used was shocking to me, right away he began to be rude defensive and unprofessional. He was already and the defense and stated that to me because according to him "he's been there before". So the conversation took a sharp left. I as him if my battery was indeed bad and could we just have done the alternator instead of the batter cause battery still failing and how old was the battery. He got furious that I was questioning his work and began to talk so rude to me and so unprofessional that I was in shock. He said you come in here talking all this God stuff but question my work, you shouldn't do that, you should trust people. Again, I was shocked! I said is that how you do business, just trust people to do what they say, regarding your car, your family, other things, he said smiling....yes I do. I told him well, we are different, I dont do that Especially with mechanic work. After that I asked why he was being so defensive and rude, he repeated again because I have been here before, implying other customers have complained about his work. He said this is why I have cameras. I said that's good and I began to talk to the cameras. NO bout he takes the footage and edits out the bad and keeps what he needs. MARCOS RECUSED to give or show me proof that my battery was not good, he claimed I had the paper work with shows that information, I recently checked my paper work and I did not find that information. The only reason I questioned him was because the battery was still failing and I recall before I too my car to him a previous mechanic did a voltage test and said the battery was good. I told Marco's this and it seemed as if it mad him even more angry, he got upset, rude to the 19th power and super unprofessional!! I didn't know this man standing in front of me, he showed his true colors that day! This man is a fraudster, liar, thief, perpetrator of the worst kind! He appeared true and caring, but turned out to be the DEVIL!!!! he over charged me on labor and extra charge on sensors that I don't recall talking about. I don't believe my batter was old, but the alternator only. After speaking with Marcos and the conversation went left, I told him I will never come here again and he said ....good don't ever come back, good don't come back! The audacity of this man!!! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, HIS RATING ON THE BBB IS A F. HUM, I WONDER WHY??! A F FOLKS! READ THE BBB REVIEWS, I THINK HIS GOOD REVIEWS ON HIS WEBSITE ARE FAKE. HE HAS A FEW BAD ONES AND THEY ARE BAD!! TALKS ABOUT HIS ATTITUDE AND HOW THEY ARE STILL PARTS FROM PEOPLES CARS. WHEN I LEFT THE SHOP MY FEELINGS WERE HURT AND I WAS STILL IN SHOCK REGARDING THE TREATMENT. I WAS HOODWINKED AND BAMBOOZLED INTO THINKING THEY WERE GOOD PEOPLE AND GOOD MECHANICS. MARCOS TURNED OUT TO BE A WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING, THE PURE DEVIL!! DUE TO MY PERSONAL SITUATION AND THE EMERGENCY, I DIDNT DUE MY DUE DILIGENCE. DONT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE, THIS SHOP DOESNT CARE AND WILL OVERCHARGE YOU!! THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE AND HE IS GROOMING HIS SON WHO KNOWS NOTHING FROM ANYTHING AND ACTS LIKE HE DOES NOT WANT TO BE THERE. IF YOU ASK THE SON A QUESTION, HE IS NOT SURE, HE THINKS, OR MAYBE, NEVER FACTUAL. HE KNOWS NOTHING!!! VERY SAD! DONT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE!!!! CHECK THE BBB FOR TRUE FACTS!!
