They overcharged me for the service and used the excuse that the deal was only valid yesterday when they called me and said they would honor my coupon today. Will never go back horrible and dishonest especially with women. This is the second time but won't be anymore. Won't go back again.

This place is a complete rip off
This place is a complete rip off. Please avoid. Took my car in to replace the brakes which were under warranty. They stated I needed new rotors. The rotors were brand new they were barely replaced a few months ago and the brakes weren’t creating grooves into them. When I confronted them about it they were saying it was against the law to change the brake pads without changing the rotors. They are a complete joke. Please go elsewhere. Don’t trust these guys

Overcharging for parts.
While service is generally prompt and efficient, they shamelessly overcharge for the parts by hundreds of dollars and they find nothing wrong with the practice. I made this mistake once, wasted over $1,000 and will make sure I will never ever make the same mistake again.

Poor service and an error on their part that could have caused an accident
I went to the Midas Store on Highway 100 in Nashville on July 27, 2023 for my rear brakes, to replace pads and rotors. They charged me $528. A few days later I noticed I was missing a lug nut from my rear left wheel, they never put the lug nut back on!
It is dangerous to drive your car with a missing lug nut, because it causes an imbalance in the pressure on the wheel.
I called the Service manager John, who said to me, well you still have four lug nuts so you should be ok. What?!! I asked to bring it in to have the missing lug nut put on, and he told me they did not have a single lug nut in the store. They had to order one so it could not be done until the next day. This is a tire and brake shop, they literally remove and replace lug nuts all day long. how could they not have one? I was nervous about driving my car. I asked to speak to the store manager, Keith Bolduc, they told me they would give him my number and he would call me back. He never did.
If I had not seen the missing lug nut I would have continued to drive my car when it was not safe. If that caused an accident Midas would be liable.
Extremely poor service and poor response to an issue that they caused. I feel I should have a refund for the brake job and the stress and worry this has caused me. I have called Midas Customer Service number and am awaiting their response.

For any wanting to work for this…
For any wanting to work for this company.
Please hold out for something else. This is the bottom of the barrel for a so called business. I worked for them for a short period of time and is was the most unprofessional business I have ever worked for.

Brakes was not the problem
Took car in because front end vibrates when braking at speed. Car has never had brakes replaced and caliber were smooth to the touch but could not be turned safety reason and needed brake fluid change for same.Ended spending over $500 and later we figured out the problem, had tires balanced and that was the problem. I have a disability so I could not stay and watch them and needed it fixed so I paid for the brake job. Not recommended to use for sure.

Review is for location: 4168 N Mesa St, El Paso, TX 79902. Very poor service and no attention to detail. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Oil was overfilled and tire pressure was not adjusted to specs. I know because I checked both in the parking lot. Mauro made it right, but one of his so called mechanics, name Lozano or Alfonzo or whatever was very rude and wanted to get into an altercation inviting me to meet him after work. I complained about it to Mauro, but nothing was done and the trashy **shole kept on going. This is the first and last time they ever get my business or that of my family.

MIDAS-Lumberton
Do NOT take your car to MIDAS in Lumberton, NJ! Frankie, from Triple A, took my flat tire off my car and I took my tire to Midas to have the nail hole plugged. The store manager, Norm Berard, brought my tire to me with a huge hole in it saying that it was in the trunk that way. Frankie, from Triple A, texted a statement vehemently denying Norm's accusations. I spoke with Regional Manager Don Garbacki, on two separate occasion and he refuses to even listen, accept Frankie's statement or view the picture. Because of Don, I filed with the BBB, Attorney General's office, disputed the transaction, filed a police report with the Lumberton Police Department and filed another formal complaint with Midas Corporate office. This is a complete nightmare during my father's funeral. I am out a total of 297.00 due to this fraud. Don Garbacki and Norm Berard should be FIRED and charged with FRAUD, theft by deception..
