Horrible customer service. Run away from Midas in Aurora at Havanna. I had to take my car there for a quick tire pressure and alignment, but I regret it. The next very day the tire pressure light went on and I found out nothing was done regarding tire pressure. I went to ask to tell them and the lady at the front desk told me that it was hot and tire pressure had changed I told her there was a difference of 10 between the two tires in the back. She just said "I don't know", and kind of dealt with it. I asked her if I could talk to a mechanic and I had to go and search for one, she did not even call a mechanic to talk to me, the guy was nice and fixed the pressure in my tires.

Stay away. They overcharged for their work 4 times for both parts and work the person who barely spoke English, also refused to review because the person signed off the work.

Had lent a family friend my car to use. Before he returned it he was nice enough to have the oil changed brakes and alignment checked. Midas did not torque the oil plug down to spec. Well the plug fell out and my motor blew. Midas is refusing to replace the motor saying the car has been driven a few thousand miles and said how do we know it wasn't tempered with. I'm 51 years old I keep up on the maintenance on my vehicle. I do not recommend using Midas for anything.

Bought new brakes (rotors and pads). About 10 months later, they warped and failed. Midas “honored” the warranty but still charged $150 for labor. Six months later, the brakes failed again. They claimed the warranty was one-time only and wanted $980 for a third replacement in 15 months. Their reasoning? “We’ll use quality parts this time. Also, does your wife drive? Women are hard on brakes.” Right, because it’s definitely her fault, not their cheap parts. Took it to Brakes Plus for a second opinion. They suspected the rotors were never replaced, just the pads. Needless to say, I didn’t give Midas a third chance to rip us off. I went to Brakes Plus instead for some honesty.

Liars and Thieves in Fairfield Ohio. Today I went to have my AC recharged in my Van. The guys told me they couldnt charge it , that theres a blockage , and the Compressor needs to be replaced along with another part , at a cost of over $900.00. So I left there and went immediately down the street to Car-X. The guys charged it right up and now I have Air again. I don't appreciate being lied too and trying to steal from me. I'll remember this FOREVER & I'll be sure everyone knows about it..Rotten People

Very poor work on vehicles. Overcharge the customers. Call the customers and try to scam us. Closed my account due the scams midas doesn't care about the customers. Try to resolve with Midas can't do that they will never take credit for what happened. Going to let my credit card go to collections not giving another dime to them.

They seem to do oil changes well. But, I paid $230 for an incorrect diagnosis on my A/C system - and they wanted $1006 to repair it. It turned out to need a $100 relay, not the parts they suggested. Go elsewhere for more complex mechanical work.

I had a terrible experience! Took my car in because of noise when I would press on brakes and when I took it in the repaired my front brakes and did extra service that I never approved of. Charged me 600 dollars for labor and when I picked up my vehicle the same noise was there so I had to return it and it turns out they didn't even check my rear breaks and they had to be repaired. So they let me drive off the lot the first time with damaged rear breaks that cause the noise in the first place and I could have been in a serious accident. Also took 3 days to complete the service the first time and I am the one who had to contact them frequently for a quote or any updates on the repair. Horrible service!! Never going there again!
