My Midas shop is great - they always seem to get me in quickly for service and worked me in today when I just showed up. Fantastic!

Midas was recommended to me by a friend after I got an estimate for engine related issues for my ford escape. I called and set up an appointment to where I could be seen the next day. I left my car at Midas in Kalamazoo for a few hours with prompt service of locating and completing the work. I was very happy with the way the vehicle drove when I pulled out of the parking lot. The only downside was the smell of cigarette smoke in my car. The final price was a lot cheaper than when I went to my usual mechanic who quoted me double the price.

On our way to vacation in Florida over the Christmas holiday, we drove thru a housing development and picked-up drywall screws through two of our vehicle's tires. We went to Midas-Manatee for tire service - an excellent choice! Brent & Tom at Midas determined that all of the tires were worn to the point that should be replaced rather than repaired. (They were much less than 3/32" tread, so this was a proper assessment.) Our tire size is a bit uncommon, but Midas made an effort to have them delivered the very next day. When we returned, Brent & Tom made sure that we were only without a vehicle for a little over an hour. (We simply walked down the street and had a delicious breakfast.) We are so very appreciative of the fine service that we received. I would certainly recommend this Midas location. Both Brent & Tom were fair, courteous, and provided prompt service. Thank you!!
