I had an appointment at the Midas in Bensalem on Street Road. I had a 12.30 p appt. I was told it would be a while. I went to get something to eat and came back in 30 mins i was told my car was already done. I went in to pay and asked the Manager if everything was completed He said Yes and he even broke it down and said they topped the fluid rotated the tires and put air where it was needed. I payed and drove off on my way out i realized the washer fluid indicator light was still on. I bust a u turn and came back to the shop. I went in to speak with the manager who told me everything was completed. I said to him why did you lie about what was done.He then said well it was supposed to be done andnot sure why the tech didn't do it. I Explained to him i purposely mark my tires to check to see if it was done and it wasn't rotated and the light for the washer fluid was still on. He tried to apologize for the work not being done and said if i didn't mind waiting he will make sure it gets done now My review is to make it known that no matter where you gonfor an service always check being them because they all lie about what they charging you for and not actually doing the work. The manager Mickey on Street road said to me he's sorry for the work not being done when he thought it was done and it wasn't he also stated it happened again Next time. I'm Like really? How can i trust you or your employees ?Anyway, thanks to William who saw i was upset and knew where they were wrong for lying .he came to help and said don't worry he took the car and inspect to see if the oil changed was actually done and helped with rotating the tires and adding the washer fluid and said if i chose to come back to Midas i can request him. You can tell he was more genuine then the other ones that was there just staring and being nosey and making excuses for the tech who service my car that didn't actually do all the work . SMH . PEOPLE CHECK BEHIND THESE SHOPS TO MAKE SURE THEY ACTUALLY DOING THE WORK THEY CHECKED OFF

I went to midas to get 4 shocks put on my truck 1,000.00 the shocks at parts house 300.00 midas wanted 1,000.00 mechanics labor is 99.oo a hour. Do your self a favor Michael tires is a lot cheaper

Dit is de mail die ik naar Midas postte maar nog geen antwoord kreeg en dit op 05/01/2022 Bericht : Hallo, Ik probeerde gisteren een afspraak te maken om nieuwe remblokken te laten plaatsen via jullie website maar toen de afspraak bijna klaar was kreeg ik een foutmelding, dan maar via telefoon. Vriendelijke mijnheer, mocht reeds vandaag komen..… Deze morgen langsgeweest, op een uurtje was alles gefikst, snel betaald en naar huis. Thuisgekomen checkte ik de rekening nog eens na en checkte ik ook de offerte via jullie website, ik merkte dat er een verschil was van 134.14 € tussen de offerte en de prijs op de factuur, offerte: 271.02 €, factuur: 405.16 €. Zou het mogelijk zijn om me daar eens wat meer uitleg over te geven? Met vriendelijke groeten, Willem

Bij het plaatsen van nieuwe banden heeft Midas een verkeerde maat geplaatst! Dus afgekeurd bij de autocontrole! Bedankt!!

I had my exhaust and catalytic converter done in July 2021. The reason I went to Midas was m y mechanic for 25 years was so busy although we were friends have no way to put me into his schedule. I spent a whopping $1,300 for that service. This week there was a leak right at the entrance from the manifold, I took it in and my mechanic said they put a wrong gasket. problem fixed in 15 minutes and I was back on the road. The Midas pricing is so overpriced and I tell all my friends never to go to Midas. That was the last I will ever be going to that place.

What happened to a simple oil change? They give you one price over the phone and another price when you arrive. Their ads do not mention shop fees and they force you to buy an extra quart. Don't fall for the balony. The Midas touch is a thing of the past.

Midas in Meridianville wanted to charge me $400.00 to replace a car battery. I sat in their waiting area and called other places for price quotes. After Midas jump started the car for me I took it to the dealership. They replaced the battery for $167.00 (battery+labor). The guys at Midas were friendly and professional; but that quote, unfortunately, made that visit my first and last.
