I had some issues that got resolved by Paul Dennis, a Regional Manager. He handled it quickly and professionally and referred me to another shop in Malden. Connor at the Malden shop was wonderful! Again, professional and knowledgeable and just a nice guy all around! I recommend the Malden Midas 100 Percent!!

I called into Midas on Pendleton Pike to schedule an inspection and oil change for my mother's 1999 GMC Denali. The staff called and updated what they found wrong with the vehicle. I took my mom up to Midas and they took us back to visually see the problem. My mom's truck had an oil leak, worn steering parts and bad brakes. No upsell given, just the issues at hand. Now the truck running fine and my mother is extremely happy with the service.

My experience was great because on my first call I was greeted with the professionalism that was more than excellent. Not just the person that answered the phone but it seems that all the personnel and service people had the same attitude. They were polite and pleasant to talk to. Lonnie, Marjorie, Ryan and Andre were eager to assist me and assured me that they would take care of me. Such pleasantries are rare these days. I love the way they treat their customers. Keep it up Mida.
