MidasReviews of midas.com

Eric was the best so helpful, pleasant, honest. Called for help needed to get stuff checked out because another person told me there were things wrong with my car. At least at Midas they were so honest and helpful. Have to go back again but because I wasn't able to have things fixed because I didn't have all the parts. Eric was calling around even to see if he could find what was needed. Will bring back on Monday to finish up. And I'm traveling over 2 hours because these people are honest and dependable.

I recently used the services of Midas in Richmond Hill I got prompt courteous and reasonably peiced service on my car repair Thanks to Andrew Mack and the mechanics

As before this MIdas -- at 992 Knox Abbot Dr. in Cayce, SC -- was a pleasure to deal with. First, they were both understanding & helpful when I needed to change the specific time of my scheduled appointment, & they managed to fit me in an hour earlier, just as I requested. After I arrived, the person at the desk (I apologize for forgetting his name) was friendly & knowledgeable, & managed to make sure that the service was completed before I needed to leave for another appointment. I will definitely try to schedule my next oil change with them as well.

They are very nice and fast on serving the customers very satisfied with my oil change.

You will find Jason Long, manager at Hendersonville, TN store, to be very helpful and knowledgeable. He cares about the business and his customers.

My wifes Honda emergency brake handle extended to it's maximum to engage. As I was passing a Honda dealership I decided to see if they could adjust the emergency brake cable. I was told the emergency calipers were frozen and that I would need new rear pads, rotors, and calipers. Cost,$1715. As Midas had installed my rear brakes a year ago and only had about 9,000 miles on them, I went back to Midas to have them check. The manager had the technician check the calipers and rear brakes. The technician freed the calipers and said the rear brakes were fine. The emergency brake works fine now. There was no charge and the only advise from the manager was to use the emergency brake often as the calipers could freeze from lack of use. Excellent service from EAST FALMOUTH Midas in Mass.

Very wonderful, professional and speedy service.
