Today I had the best experience ever at Midas. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ken Stepanian at the North Lake Blvd. Store. He was so kind and caring when most companies could have taken advantage of the situation. He had my car fixed and I was in and out with thin 15 min. I so appreciate what you and your team did for me today. I will always recommend Midas North Lake store and make sure to ask for Ken the best guy ever. Thanks Ken and Team Rhonda Yates

The Midas I went to, in Fairfax VA., has excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and a friendly staff! They did exceptional work on my car, and fixed everything perfectly!! I would highly recommend this business to anyone, and I will always take my car ,here, in the future!!

Darcy was very accommodating to my need for an oil change although she had only one Tech Cole who also was very accommodating they were pleasant and got me in as quickly as possible and out. Darcy was very pleasant and accommodated my need efficiently and in a timely fashion. I would recommend Midas in the store in Saratoga Springs where Darcy is in charge.

Simple oil change and the manager (James Neilson) and crew were very courteous and professional. Highly recommend this location (Everett Mall Way).

I went to the Midas on Juan Tabo in Albuquerque this morning. I went to get an oil change, but didn’t have an appointment and they were too busy to fit me in the schedule. But, the gentleman behind the desk was so helpful, came out to my car to check oil levels and took wonderful care of me. I am so grateful. Thank you.
