I received this item which was quite expensive but I felt if it worked it would be worth it. It doesn’t work at all other than remove a bit of hair off your face. I could get something for way cheaper to do that. I sent a message to customer service. First of all they want to try to sell you on the product which is fine. But they offered no other help as to what I could do to achieve their so called results . They said to return would be at my expense. I said if the item worked I wouldn’t have to return. Very disappointed in this company. Don’t buy

I purchased the Sonicsmooth hair removal tool in December, 2023 while it was on sale. I love this tool. The disposable razors that are used in this tool have never cut my face. However, in the last month or so, the 'Subscription' button has been removed from my account page. Additionally I cannot access my payment information. So Michael Todd Beauty can charge my card every two months whether I need more razors or not. I usually don't use them that quickly and I appreciate the ability to modify my ship dates. I also re-subscribed a couple of months ago to take advantage of a promotion they had to reduce my subscription amount by $5.00 per order 'for life.' And, of course, this last auto ship of razor blades was for the original price, not my promo price. I have sent two emails to customer service, the last one stating that I will file a claim with the BBB if I don't hear back. I have not heard back. Please be very careful if you are going to business with this company. There is no phone number on the website for customer service, only an email.

Once again you say you only asked for last 4 numbers of credit card, you did not , you demanded a picture of my credit card & drivers license! As I’ve said before, I called Discover card & reported your request for that info, they informed me they don’t look at addresses & I should NEVER give that info away. I ordered from another company with the same auto fill from my new address, they had no problem sending my order, so stop the lying, you will never admit your in the wrong, so again, I don’t trust you, & will never order from you again. You never convince me that you followed some nonsense procedure, I’m done!!!! 

Ordered a product. after 14 days it has not arrived. Am told I have to wait 30 days and if still hasn't arrived, they will reship. I can buy this product elsewhere, quicker, however, this company refuses to return my money. Their hidden policies allow them to keep your money indefinitely with a '...we are not responsbile for shipping..' excuse. Do not order anything from this company.

Purchased Sonicare Petite few months ago and worked fine. Just ordered a new replacement brush head direct from MT, received it and out it on machine. Machine now works for only 1-2 seconds and shuts off. This happens over and over. I have never been able to get it to last more than 2 seconds. It’s not the charge, as I recharged it. Sent MT a detailed note in their customer Service website, including a video of the problem as well as photo of my receipt and NO ONE has responded or even acknowledged receipt of my information. One of their phone numbers does not work and the other just sends customers to their website. I have been a satisfied Sonicare customer for many years and this company is a mess. The Customer service is non-existent. I feel scammed as I now own a new (and expensive) brush head replacement with a non-working Petite machine. Useless.

Bought the Soniclear Petite for my girlfriend, and wasn’t long before we ran into problems. Sure, the device looks nice and pretty, but it DOES NOT WORK! My girlfriend got a couple charges out of it and now… the device will not charge! I was suspicious when I realized that the User’s Manual listed no info on charging. Then, I read the fine print and learned that all returns require a $10 fee. Are you serious? I have to pay even more to return this piece of junk?!?

This 2 in 1 Sonic Demaplaning does not work for me. I was hoping for something that would remove unwanted peach fuzz/facial hair. I used this on my cheeks and chin area for at least 20 mins and did not even take any off...I would not recommend this product in my option its a gimmick...

I placed and order. The next evening I was going to add something to the order, but changed my mind and never ordered it. The next morning I checked and the order was placed plus I was emailed to pay the additional. I contacted you many times only to be told that it couldn't be cancelled and I needed to pay then send it back. I filed a complaint with BBB.
