I DO NOT recommend buying from Michael…
I DO NOT recommend buying from Michael Todd! I had issues and had emailed and called several times and could not get anyone return my calls! Lesson learned they will wait until it's past 30 day refund policy to finally respond back by email! I had a medical issue that cost me a lot of $ from using their product! If you want to try something from this company, I recommend to go through Amazon where they back up returning products! I plan to post warning against this company and warn everyone that I can!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered my sonic thingy Never arrived…
Ordered my sonic thingy Never arrived Company did answer my queries promptly but sent a image of a very plain NO DETAIL picture of the tracking Saying arrived in Australia and after that they can no longer track it Ummm I spent nearly $200 Australian Would not recommend this site or company

This was a huge waste of money
This was a huge waste of money. It barely takes off peach fusz and the stronger tougher hairs on your chin and upper lip it doesn’t touch them at all I have no noticeable difference in my skin since buying it a month ago and I still have to wax to get rid of the hair. Save your money

This is a gimmick
This is a gimmick. Purchased for my wife off her Christmas list and she did not try it until after the 30-day money back period expired. It just vibrates and the disposable blades are supposed to somehow shave the fuzz off but it does not. I have tried to get a response from the company multiple ways -- in the comment box of their website and multiple email addresses. They will not respond so I now realize this is a just a scam with no customer service. The lack of a response from the company I thought was legit is the thing that bothers me the most. People looking at this product are going to waste their money and this plastic device will sit under the sink collecting dust. I'd love to see if anyone ever ordered replacement blades. Don't buy things that pop up on Facebook!

Not satisfied
The tool did not provide a smooth movement but seemed to pull against the surface of my skin. Also, it failed to remove much of the facial hair. I was not satisfied.

I agree with previous poster-seems a scam company-product not received-email response on asking for refund is automated about using the product incorrectly! The website says ships from America-the tracking info shows it going around China and currently in Hong Kong after Gangzhou etc and starting in Hong Kong. Be aware and buy from another source.

Complete scam company
Complete scam company - ordered over three weeks ago, still haven't received my order. When I email about this, I get a AI generated email about how to use my product - stay clear of them!!!!!!
