What you’re describing may be due to the blade tip not being fully clicked into place—we’ve seen that cause patchy results and even discomfort. We always recommend pushing the tip all the way in until you hear a distinct click to ensure it’s secure and working properly. Also, using a pretreatment oil (like jojoba or rosehip) can help the blade glide more smoothly and gently across the skin.
