I received an email that my product had…
I received an email that my product had been delivered but I didn’t receive it. I contacted customer service and they said to give it a few days and then reach back out. I eventually did get it - I think a neighbor had it. Customer service followed up to see if I did received it and I informed them I had. Everything went really smoothly.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service! I had an issue with the delivery company and they went above and beyond to make it right and get me my product. And the product works incredibly well!

Love my Sonicsmooth device for weekly…
Love my Sonicsmooth device for weekly exfoliation! I use the dermaplaning side to remove peach fuzz and dead skin, and on weeks I’m not needing to dermaplane, I use the microdermabrasion attachment! Super user friendly, and saves tons of money on facials!

I absolutely LOVE this product
I absolutely LOVE this product. It is such an easy tool to use yet super effective, it comes with essentially a 2month supply and a charger. This product has helped me with getting rid of dead skin and helped with my peach fuzz. I give this product a 10/10 :)

I am so pleased with the service I received from Alissa, the MichaelToddbeauty customer service agent. She was so professional and kind. I had a problem with one of their products, and she took care of it for me right away. I will definitely use MichaelToddbeauty products in the future. They have so many fine products to choose from.

I initially had trouble with the hair removal tool I purchased. Customer service was fantastic! They didn't just process a return; they helped me troubleshoot and offered several solutions. Very happy with their support!

I loveee to dermaplane but I’m so bad…
I loveee to dermaplane but I’m so bad at it! I tend to cut myself with those cheap face razors. Well recently I tried the Micheal Todd Supersonic and I am now a pro. It is so easy to use and works extremely well.
