if you haven't tried this at home dermaplaning tool then you are definitely missing out! the sonicsmooth pro+ exfoliates dead skin & removes peach fuzz! i was very impressed at how much it removed!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong base. Alissa responded to my dilemma immediately and at no charge mailed a new one to me. The company also sent a label that covered the cost of shipping back the base that did not fit. Extremely satisfied with their customer service.

I ordered the Soniclear Elite to replace the one I have had and loved using for several years. When it arrived, it would not charge on the new charger, so I tried it on my existing charger and the unit worked just fine. I reached out to Michael Todd's customer service via email and let them know the issue. Not only did I receive a prompt and friendly response from Alissa, but they also quickly sent me a new charging base, which solved the issue. Great customer service!

Customer Service is Incredible! I had a defective part on my Michael Todd Beauty System. I couldn't charge anything because the assembly was defective. Customer service had me send them a picture and put another one in the mail right away! I was so pleased that there was no drama. It was 100% make it right! Thank you so much

I loved how the Sonicsmooth Pro+ System smoothly glided on my acne prone skin. I am extremely sensitive skin and if you do to, and want to get rid of your unwanted facial hair, you definetly need to try this!

I never imagined being comfortable "shaving" my face. I am head over heels for my Sonicsmooth Pro+. I had been enduring lengthy and sometimes painful sessions with my electrologist to remove my fine, light facial hair. At every session, she would gently try to encourage me to try at-home shaving. I resisted until I received my lovely, Sonicsmooth Pro+. I have since found that at home dermaplaning is something I now look forward to with my new skincare tool. I love that the blade head is illuminated, not being able to see is not an excuse I can use anymore :) This tool exfoliates like a dream, while removing all my bothersome, fine facial hair. This is a self-care treatment I look forward to and my skin has never looked or felt better.
