I loved the results my Sonicsmooth provided. Unfortunately after several months it stopped accepting a charge. I emailed customer support. They responded promptly. And, replaced the unit without a moment's hesitation!

The Sonicsmooth Pro+ was a wonderful product that took care of all that peach fuzz. Just as good has been the customer service! I lost my charging station and contacted them about getting a new one. They responded the next day with a link that took me right to the item. I bought it, all was well, until I went to use the new charger. Somehow I ordered the wrong charging station. I contacted them again and they are mailing me a new one! Quick responses and a favorable outcome make me a happy user of Michael Todd Beauty!

I made contact with you because the tip of my sonic smooth plus cracked off after using only a few times. Even though the warranty period was over, the staff reached out to me and I received a replacement today. What a rarity for customer service today actually servicing the company.
