I ordered the NavalFresh Bundle Premium package. I was told it would be delivered to my address within 4 days. They sent me a tracking code that was false. I didn't receive my product in 4 days even though they said that it was shipped. I have tried to contact their service customer contact, but to no avail. I tried calling several numbers that they list for this company, but they are all voice only operators and they have you send an email for an service you need. I got another email telling me that now I should receive my product by Dec 20th, but if it was shipped when they said it was shipped, why is it now changed to a different arrival date??? This company is a scam and uses people to get money from them, but not provide the service they should of provided. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL RIPE YOU OFF. THEY ARE NOT APPROVED BY THE BBB.

I wasted my money so you don’t have to. After being tired of putting horse, chemical hair removers on my face and using tweezers, I decided to try this product. It did not work at all exclamation hair still on my face that I still need to get off With a different product. Left my face, red and dry. Does not get rid of the facial hair! Highly disappointed, don’t waste your money! I worked very hard for my money and I just feel like I threw it out the window to the wind with this horrible product.It does not even deserve one star and as far as the Customer Service is concerned, I don’t need your dermatologist or different blades! Send me a prepaid package so I can return it to you to get my money back The worst facial product I’ve ever bought!

I placed a single order with Michael Todd Beauty. Apparently during the checkout process they signed me up for a subscription unknowingly. I received an email about my upcoming subscription order which I immediately tried to cancel. They said I can't cancel but can return it under their return policy which charges for returning shipping. I did not agree since I never signed up for a subscription. I never even received an email receipt after I checked out using Apple Pay for my initial order. They sent me a screen shot of the receipt in their dispute email with me. It shows in small writing under the original order item "refill every 8 weeks" but nothing about a subscription or agreeing to one. Unethical business practices!

The package arrived on time but damaged I tried the machine but it does not turn on the package arrived broken it is not good service or recommended if you get the things broken or damaged

Terrible customer service - their website froze up on me while trying to order so I shut down and resubmitted my order then realized I was charged twice. I called immediately to cancel the order and report what had happened. They insisted on charging me return shipping when this was not my fault. I won't be doing further business with this company

I sent this email I’ve tried signing up for the 15% welcome discount using three different browsers and two different email addresses, but I haven’t received the code. I would like to place an order for the Sonicsmooth Pro+ today, but I need the 15% new customer discount that was advertised. Please can you send me a manual 15% off code or apply the discount to my cart? Then I get a missed phone call from USA saying their from support@ micheal todd beauty and wanting me to call them back to discuss the purchasing of this item .....im from the UK im not calling USA from my mobile (i dont have a landline) and why discuss it ??....I would like to buy this item! please if you are a genuine company please send the 15% welcome discount (for new customer) I emailed twice since with no reply whatsoever....but I keep getting email after email of offers for other products of theirs which im not interested in ( at least not at the moment) So you know who I am, check the lastest email sent from me dated 16th November at 6.30pm

This product doesn't do what it advertises. Doesn't catch all hairs, causes a stubbly appearance, causes ingrowns. Unless you put it on the highest setting, it does absolutely nothing. And even on the highest setting, it's real hit and miss. Would not buy again.

I ordered replacement blades for my dermaflash. The blades on MTodd website look identical but are a tiny bit too short. I paid freight to order them. So I returned them and you get maybe 67% back on what you paid. I won't order from them again, WHO DOES THAT IN TODAYS ONLINE WORLD?
