I had the opportunity of collaborating with this company- and nothing but great things! They’re good with communicating, excellent customer service, and the most important part their products!! I was sent the sonic smooth dermaplaning tool, and my skin has never felt so smooth. The tool is super easy to use for anyone who is a bit hesitant, you can adjust to the lowest setting. If you’re serious about skin care and the quality of service you’re getting, I highly recommend them!

I had issues with one of the products I had bought and contacted customer service. They were very helpful in having me send the product to quality check and after looking at it they said it was defective. They don't carry the same product anymore so they offered me a similar replacement. Everything was very smooth. Thanks again!

I recently had an issue (battery related) that I needed help with. I contacted the customer service team and within hours they'd responded with next steps. It's just been a few days since I sent the product in for testing and they're sending me a new one, free of charge, today! Amazing customer service.

I recently placed an order on their page - though delivery took a month, I did receive the package in the end. I contacted the support team and they were lovely and helpful. The product itself has a nice feel to it, and I love that it has 16 blades, so no need to think about replacements for a long time. All in all, a good experience.
