I am amazed with Michael Todd Beauty
I am amazed with Michael Todd Beauty. I had a problem with the Sonicsmooth Pro, and I email them. I was really thinking I would never hear from them, but I did. Ms. Sasha emailed me, asking me several different questions. The next thing she told me to do was to send the unit back so their QA department could take a look. Well, I was thinking I would get my Sonicsmooth Pro back, but I didn't, I GOT A BRAND NEW ONE. I am a loyal customer to Michael Todd Beauty forever. They could have ignored me or sent my unit back to me, telling me there isn't anything wrong with it. But they didn't, they sent me a NEW SONICSMOOTH PRO. I am a life time customer. Awesome Customer Service
I accidently ordered a wrong replacement head and as soon as I contacted them they immediately put the correct replacement in the mail to to me. Awesome customer service!!!

Great customer service
Great customer service! Thanks Sasha for helping me out so quickly. I recently purchased the hair identifier spray. I received a dud…it wouldn’t dispense product. I contacted customer service. Sasha responded and sent a replacement right away. Thanks for the great customer service.

Great customer service
My SonicSmooth Pro stopped working, and even though I purchased it months earlier, the customer service department was so kind and helpful in sending me a replacement. I'm so happy to have it back in my life.

No complaints here!
Amazing customer service! The device that I had owned for a while was no longer charging. Thank goodness I registered it when I purchased it, so it was covered by their policy. I returned it to them, they inspected it and agreed that it was not working correctly. They promptly had a new device in the mail to me.

Excellent customer service
I ended up not liking the product I purchased even after trouble shooting with them but they have excellent customer service and helped me with a return even after I missed the return window due to a postal issue. I will absolutely try different products of theirs in the future due to the great customer service and return policy.
