Excellent customer service
My derma-planing tool stopped functioning. I reached out to customer service who offered a prompt and efficient solution to replace the product. I am very pleased with their level of customer service. I enjoy many of their products and use them weekly if not daily.

Five-Star Review – Loyal and Happy Customer! I’ve been using Michael Todd Beauty products for years, and I can confidently say I’m a big fan! Their products truly deliver results, and the quality has remained consistently excellent over time. One of my absolute favorites is the Sonic Smooth Dermaplaning System – it leaves my skin feeling incredibly smooth and refreshed every time. The Sonic Clear Brush is another standout – it provides a deep clean without being harsh on my skin. But if I had to pick a top favorite, it would be the Hydrojet Brush – it’s amazing! It gives my skincare routine a serious upgrade and leaves my skin glowing. On top of the great products, their customer service is outstanding – always helpful, responsive, and professional. I’ve had zero complaints and nothing but great experiences. If you’re considering trying Michael Todd Beauty, I highly recommend it. These are high-quality, effective, and reliable products that I truly trust.

I contacted Michael Todd customer service when I had a problem charging my Sonicsmooth. They immediately responded and provided me with a fabulous solution to my issue. I found them to be trustworthy and accommodating. I would recommend any of their products because they stand behind them.

I purchased the pro tool
I purchased the pro tool. Love it! Had a problem with it and I contacted Michael Todd. They immediately got back with me and stood behind their product. Service was phenomenal, product is fantastic. Don’t hesitate if you want to buy one of their tools! I will definitely buy more from them. Customer service is fabulous, very kind people.

Thank you to Michael Todd Beauty for making things right! I purchased the sonic smooth back in January and loved it so much that I bought a ton of back up razors. The unit stopped receiving a charge recently and I reached out to MTB and they are replacing it for me. I am very satisfied with both the product and the customer service. Thank you MTB
