I bought a dermaplaning device. I had light blond, thin peach fuzz that I wanted to remove. Several weeks after my 2nd use of the device, I noticed dark brown, courser hair EVERYWHERE. My dermatologist and subsequent electrolysis provider told me that using such devices could cause this to happen. Avoid

This company is a scam. The product is simply a cheap razor. The sonic action doesn’t do anything. I contacted the company for their money back guarantee and I was ignored by them.

Not great product and worse customer service. I purchased the product had and issue with it, needed to return and was told I would be charged for return shipping even though the item arrived damaged. Do NOT buy, can find better options with better service.

I purchased two of their foot exfoliating tools and neither will hold a charge. I also purchased the hydraskin facial mister and it was great...in the very short time that it worked. Junk. Waste of money.

Yikes. Customer service gave me the impression that they have MANY complaints. They jumped to conclusions and were passive aggressive from the get-go. It appears they do not need repeat business so it is a toss of the coin. In my case, I did not receive the product. I notified them. They took no responsibility. They kept my money.

Ordered 5th Jan still not got it no matter how many messages I send they just say it’s been shipped at the same time on evri app they say they have it it’s a rubbish company never had a problem with deliveries with anyone else I will be reporting them without a doubt quick at taking your money then don’t care after that
