The Sonicsmooth has been a regular part of my skincare routine for over a year and I LOVE it! I bought one for my daughter, who also loves it, but unfortunately it stopped working. I reached out to customer care and they quickly responded about replacing the unit. I read that the customer care is very good but I tend to hesitate to believe it until I experience it myself! Very communicative and the issue is resolved. It feels even better to support a company that cares about the customers that purchase their products!
