I used the device for the first time today. It definitely did a good job removing the peach fuzz. It was awkward in some places, but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it. It did leave my skin feeling very smooth. But I have an issue. I don't understand why they say you can only use the blade once. How is it different from a regular razor? I just rinsed mine off and will use it again. What a waste to throw away the blade after one use. It's just a ruse to make you spend more money.

I had a health issue and unfortunately missed the deadline for return of the product I bought. Because of my health issue I unfortunately could not continue to use the product. My customer service agent was so helpful and thoughtful and was empathetic to my needs. We came to a wonderful conclusion, and I would recommend anyone to try their products. I hope to be able to use them down the road.

Order and processing time were excellent as well as presentation of package. Detailed instructions are included and although very good they could be more detailed with graphics. The hand size device is shaped nicely, comfortable for use, and for travel in purse. The quality seems good, as I choose this brand name over a less expense amazon product due to wanting a quality item. I have not tried another item similar to this so I really have nothing to compare it to other than a recommendation. The device was highly recommended by a friend who has had great results. I on the other hand have not had those same results with the removal of fine facial hair. It could be my hair is very fine and the device does not eliminate them. Of course, I stretched my skin and went over the same area several times but did not get the smooth results I was hoping for. The Customer Service is good for today's standards; but that does not mean they are great. My reason for saying this is due to the automation of their Customer Service and lack of personal contact with someone. The care and response time were good, but the telephone number given will only connect you to a voicemail that is full, and does not accept messages. So, I was unable to talk with anyone from this company. This is unfortunate as I think (hope; give the benefit of doubt) they are trying to be a good company.

11/10/25 This was eventually rectified and my order received. It took over a month 1/2 from what I recall. I have been using the product ever since which I’ve been happy with. I’m going to update this to 4 stars to be fair. I have not received my order for a Sonicsmooth Pro System which was placed on 11/22/24. I have sent 5 emails regarding order status. Each reply is responded with "Thank you for reaching out. We received your message; we would love to help troubleshoot and provide some tips to ensure you’re getting the best results with your order". I have contacted customer support telephone line @ 772-446-0149 and it refers me back to the customerservice email support. I have been given a tracking # and confirmation stating my order was accepted and they are getting it ready, and to come back to the page for updates. To date, there are no updates. ...
