I was denied a replacement shipment after not receiving the Pro when they came out and I was a repeat customer at least 10 times. I would not recommend them to anyone after communicating continuously only to be denied a replacement and in fact I ordered a different brand of pedi max so I would not have to order replacement from Michael Todd for the pedi max file

I am so unimpressed with this product, decided to spend the money- the blades are dull. I am on my fifth blade and it cuts my skin every time. At this point, I will dispose of it. So disappointing as it was very expensive. The cheap Amazon ones work way better .

WASTE OF MONEY! Customer service was extremely poor and would not adjust an order - even though I contacted them 1 minute after submitting the order. Once you buy, they tell you you have to purchase a new blade for every use (very expensive!) and the results are no better than my handheld Schick Hydro Silk wand. STEER CLEAR! Much better products are available.

I got a Sonic Smooth and it didn’t work out for me. Was unable to return it because of the 30 day policy. I only had it for 4 months.I don’t recommend using this device because it’s not easy to use and you can cut your face.

I ased purchthe Michael Todd derma planning tool Sonic smooth Pro+ for $110 on sale from their website. They advertise a superior product with a no question asked refund policy. The derma planning tool looks cheap and the base to charge it is cheap plastic painted chrome to look like metal. I tried the product and it doesn't work any better than the Sima for $40 on Amazon. The replacement blades for the Michael Todd are also twice the price as other less expensive derma planning tools. I pointed out the reasons of my dissatisfaction with the product to them and initiated a return. First of all they wanted me to explain in an email my valid reasons for requesting a return after they advertised that they have a no questions asked policy for returns. Then instead of giving me the refund I was requesting they wanted to refund half of it and let me keep the tool. When I found out that the replacement blades were twice the price of the other brands I requested a full refund and a prepaid shipping label. They provided a prepaid shipping label and did not give me a full refund they kept almost $13 for the shipping. DON'T BE FOOLED

I saw the video and it was someone spraying something on the face that made the peach fuzz come to light and easy to razor off. I spent over $100 and received the razor, but there was nothing to put on my face to highlight the hair like it shows in all of the commercials/videos. I have tried in several sensitive areas on my face and it has caused nothing but trouble for me. I was really hoping this would be as wonderful as advertised.

Warning about the Michael Todd Sonic Smooth Pro Plus. I wouldn’t even give this one star but it was the only option. I bought this because of the “money-back guarantee,” but when I actually tried to use the guarantee, my requests were ignored. I’ve now had to open a PayPal claim to try and get my money back. Also, read the fine print VERY carefully. I was unexpectedly signed up for extra payments, including another device worth nearly $300 and additional Sonic Smooth refill shipments. In my opinion, the way this is set up is extremely misleading. As for the actual product itself, I thought it was terrible. The “exfoliation” feature is basically just a rough sandpaper-like attachment — it’s not some moving electrical exfoliation device like the advertising suggests. The razors also don’t shave close to the skin at all. Honestly, cheap disposable razors give a smoother finish and irritated my skin far less. For me, this felt like an overpriced glorified razor being marketed as something much more advanced than it actually is. Just wanted to warn other people to be careful before buying, especially regarding the subscription/payment fine print and the difficulty getting a refund.
