Asked my mother to buy me the soniclear years ago when I was a teen to help with my acne because my favourite youtuber at the time used it. Reading the other reviews, it seems it is common for Michael Todd to send out faulty devices when they are not exactly cheap! I remember it failing to charge properly when I first got it even though I followed all the instructions. I am sure I sent it back to get a replacement as I have only 1 UK plug and 2 EU/US plugs. The replacement did the same thing and I just gave up and left if for a few years. I went to charge it up the other day, and it only lasts 10 seconds before dying! Its so frustrating how much money has been wasted on a device that doesn’t work! Obviously since it was bought I’ve redecorated, thrown stuff out, moved to uni etc and the box has been thrown away so I cannot verify my purchase. Its all a joke. Wish I asked for the Clarisonic.

Buyer beware. Customer service is incompetent. Placed an order on December 5 as of December 15 they emailed me a link with tracking numbers that are illegitimate. During those 10 days there were several emails questioning the status of the order. None of which resulted in any kind of conclusion. Initially was sent an app that I would’ve had to download just to track there product. Not doing that. Calls to the company route you through the phone tree Direct you to their customer service extension. Once there, he received a recording stating that there cannot take phone calls that they are understaffed and cannot provide the quality of customer service that is the standard of Michael Todd. Well Michael, if you can’t provide customer service, you can’t ship out orders that have been paid for, maybe you should not be doing business. Cancel my order and give me my money back.

Awful customer service! I purchased almost 200 dollars worth of products as a gift and was sent two of one item and was missing another. Their customer service agent didn’t seem to understand my frustration or the urgency and instead I was told to return everything for a refund instead of me keeping what was correct so I could gift them and reshipping the missing items. I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere

I purchased the Sonic Eraser Pro on their website. I got a 10% discount for signing up with my email. On the day my order shipped, I saw their website had 30% off all items. I contacted customer service thinking they would match the sale price, but they will not. Most reputable companies will match a price within 30 days. I am extremely disappointed in this company. I will not order from this company again.

Defective device - sonic refresher would not charge after 1 use. The led display blinks charging but when removed from the charging port the battery is dead. Probably save your money and go with a company that has better customer service and products that don’t leave you at a loss when something goes wrong (ie. Cannot troubleshoot since it’s a wireless charging device).

Company will not let me purchase an accessory that I lost nor replace it even under warranty. I have reached out to the company's customer service department and received a response yet no answers. I purchased a device from this company and registered it under their warranty section on their website. I received a confirmation email stating my device had been registered. Fast forward to now when I have misplaced my charger. I even offered to purchase one from the company and they do not sell them (only save them for warranty holders). This is ridiculous. The only solution the lady from customer service offered was to buy another device because they are having a sale. I cannot express enough how frustrated I am with the lack of the customer service in this company.

BEWARE! This company has terrible customer service!! My package was stolen from my front porch because the FedEx driver didn't ring the doorbell when delivering it. I was waiting for the package all day and once I checked my email and saw it was delivered an hour later - it was no longer there. I've asked for all my mail to be delivered to the back of my house to avoid theft and strangely enough - the same driver delivered my neighbour's mail to the back of my house instead! Ridiculous! I reached out to them and they said that upper management refused to send me a replacement or refund me even though I shared all of the circumstances with them. They said that because I didn't select a barely visible "shipping insurance" option on the order page for 98cents that they couldn't do anything to help me but they were sorry for the inconvenience. This "shipping insurance" looked a lot like an advertisement and could have been missed by anyone (it was probably created that way on purpose). Funny thing is - I was asked shortly after to review products that I never even received!! Terrible customer service and I encourage anyone thinking of shopping from this company to avoid them!

Michael Todd Beauty is a disgusting company that supports influencers that sensentionalize useless gun ownership. In 2018, gun violence reached the highest level in 20 years. Using gun promoting influencers targeted to young girls is immoral and disgusting. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. I also posted on their Facebook page and instead of dealing with the issue, the deleted the post.
