Everything went wrong. The dress had stains on it, difficult to zip, poor alterations, horrible customer service. I had to buy another dress just to have a dress for the occasion.

Dress was gorgeous, but the seamstress too to long to complete alterations. Having my dress shipped to me was no longer an option, had to send a family member the day before the wedding to pick up personally for me. If I had to do over, I would have used a different seamstress. But the Dress was gorgeous!

The girl helping us was great my daughter is from Saskatchewan Canada and was so excited to be able to find and purchase her Graduation dress.

I had to buy a new wedding dress four days before I left for my destination wedding because the dress I ordered from your company got destroyed and botched by your steam-stress and bridal specialist. I have never been so disrespected by a manager in my entire life. When I called and express by concerns and disappointment about the dress, not a single apology was given. No refund was offered. THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO TO A BRIDE- This place will make your wedding dress experience a nightmare. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The designer & owner, Derek Barham, he made me feel like a priority customer. He took the time to listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences, ensuring that they received personalized recommendations. He designed my wedding dress wonderfully. Many guests had complimented the details of my dress, remarking on the exquisite lacework and the intricate beading that adorned it. His attention to detail was impeccable, ensuring that every stitch and every embellishment was meticulously placed.
