I had the SAME EXACT experience as another person here. The company says it will take 7-14 days but but it doesn't happen. I waited patiently for a month and they ghosted me! Call, text, nothing! Then they finally get back to you with lies saying "we have a problem with a third party provider." It's almost 2 months now and thank god I started the Bank Dispute because you only get 60 days to dispute it. That's probably why they ghost you so then you are completely screwed. They caused me a lot of stress to say the least.

If there was zero stars, that’s what I would give this company. Please do not! I repeat DO NOT!!!!!! Save yourself a lot of pain by listening. The company operate under lies, they tell you that it will take 7-14 days but in reality it never happened for me. I applied on August 4th, waited for more than a month, didn’t get anything. I asked for a refund on September 12th they went quiet. Stopped all communication. I filled a dispute with my bank that’s when they called talking about we have a problem with a third party provider. They wasted my time and cost me a lot of money. I regret but right now there is nothing I can do, hoping I can save someone else the pain. Keep off, stay away!!!And watch as they respond to my comment with more lies, probably claiming am not telling the truth, or it was bank holidays, or my invoice was too huge, it’s a third party problem, all kind of lies and excuses, that’s what they do. I wish I listened to the people who warned us in the reviews, Don’t say u were not warned, we cannot be all lying. Update September 22nd I was able to successfully file a dispute of charge with my bank and got my money back, if you are in a position to file a dispute, please do asap, I understand for most banks, a dispute has to be filed within two months of the transaction, after that u on ur own.

Do NOT do business with this company!!! They took my money and kept it. I am now in the process of beginning a lawsuit against this company to recoup the money they took from me. I will follow up when I successfully deal with them.
