I have no opinion regarding merchandise quality but I’m totally unimpressed with the customer service. Placed my order eight days ago, under the guise that it would be delivered before Christmas, and it has yet to be shipped and Christmas is three days away. I have attempted to contact customer service with no responses. Without some miracle I will likely cancel my order.

My order arrived yesterday in plenty of time for Christmas. The hat is well made and looks just like the photograph, and the name is not some cheap label but rather the name is actually embroidered right into the hat. I plan to order more of these hats next Christmas as gifts for more family members.
