Do not order from this company!!!! Zero stars if I could. My box was torn open during shipping so it was empty. Contacted the company numerous times to no avail AND I had paid the shipping protection extra cost!!!! $45 for absolutely nothing. Couldn't get a $ return and credit card said they couldn't contact company at all to resolve. Sooo bad!!!

Please don’t sign up to their subscription. They charge a lot of money for basically nothing, absolutely nothing. Just for being part of their ‘club’. Unbelievable, but true!

I received two pair. One pair would not work- the magnet wouldn't clamp and no it was not user error. And I somehow got enrolled in a lash club. Seriously? And there is no way to get out of this club. I'm very unhappy with this nonsense.

Cheap quality 2nd pair, applicator broke as soon as i took elastic off, didnt even get to use it. Messaged 3 times but no response! Appalling customer service.

The day I received my lashes, opened them and went to put them on, I couldn't apply them because the "down" side of the applicator was missing part of the magnetic strip and wouldn't hold the lash. I sent an email that day and received a response saying a new applicator would be sent within 24-48 hours once the shipping department was notified. We'll, that was over a week ago, and I haven't heard from or received a different applicator yet. I wanted to give these a try, but I will be returning them since I can't apply them.

DO NOT DO NOTTTTTTT buy these!!! They do not clip together horrible horrible ive tried so many different ways they are cheaply made and OMG dont get me started in customer service been waiting over 2 weeks for a response on my return request they are horrible theyre reply to me is “ how can we make it better, can we send you a new set?” MFs NOO just give me my money back !! Horrible horrible all together I am beyond frustrated
