I purchased my product with a two week window to ensure it arrived on time. The one response I received via email assured me that the lashes were on their way. They weren't. I did not receive them within that window and the shipping trail never materialized. They rely on something called shipping 17 ??(I assume it is international) it appeared to me that there is no tracking unless you signed in and/or purchased their app. While this product is great, it probably does ship from outside the country. Leave plenty of time. You will need more lash fixer and cleaner containers if you intend to wear them multiple times.

The lashes I did receive took me a little bit to learn how to apply them. I'm still trying to perfect it, but I do like them. However, I ordered two sets and received an empty container in one of the boxes. I'm not getting anywhere with trying to get this issue resolved.

They really can look nice but you need to take your time! I’ll probably keep using them for special nights!

They look nice when on but I did need to fix them once or twice

If you’ve never used false lashes you’ll probably need a few tries

I switched from glue lashes and it’s better for my eyes, but it’s not quite the instant snap I expected

Sometimes they snap on perfect, other times I have to adjust them a lot.

I’ve worn mine about five times and they’re still decent but not as fluffy now. Worth it if you don’t mind replacing them.
