The directions are so incredibly small you cannot even read them. When I could finally blow them up to read them, they are in a color that blends together so you cannot tell the letters apart. Horrible. When I finally got them on, they felt so heavy that I was very aware that I had on false eyelashes on, unlike salon lashes I had professionally done, which I could not even tell were on. I could never get them close enough to my eyelid to feel remotely comfortable. Very disappointed.

I want to return the lashes. They do not work for me. I repeatedly asked for the return instructions. No response after several emails. Please tell me how to return them so Ic an do it timely and get a credit. Thank you.

Just received my lashes and they are exactly what was advertised but I am unable to fit them to my lashes, so I have contacted meylora 3 times to ask for a refund and the process with no reply. Im really disapointed as they say they offer 30 day return. Yet to receive any correspondence from them. Order number MLL160901 Great response after this review, refund given obvs with the 15% taken off for thier admin which it does state. Glad I have not lost too much money for something I vouldnt use. So over all theydo get back to you in the end.

Horrendous. Waste of money. Customer service is non-existent. Took weeks to arrive. Impossible to apply - the magnets are so strong I was unable to apply the lashes. Trying to remove the lashes from the applicator by hand then tore the lashes away from the strip. Have attempted to contact the company for a refund and they keep responding with a standard response - no human is involved. I doubt it’s worth me paying for postage to send them back (if I could ever find an address for them) as I have no faith they’d return my money. Absolute waste of time effort and money . Avoid Update After this review the team contacted me with an apology and offer of a refund with a request that I update my review. I agreed on the basis that I would do it once refunded. One day later, a refund notification came through and then about 16h after that the money was returned. I’m relieved to have my money back (thank you) but this was considerably stressful and I still would discourage a purchase from this company
