they never attached to the applicator, would flip off when i tried to clamp them on; i requested return/refund, was promised info, never got. by then, got charged AGAIN for "subscription". total waste of money, time wasted multiple days in row TRYING to apply the lashes.

Ordered a one time order of lashes - the quality and workability is not there for me, tried to return but got no answer from the support email - no phone number for business. A month later I get a charge on my credit card from the company - they signed me up for a subscription but I specifically selected one time purchase. Still no response from the only support email. So I will be filling a dispute with my credit card.

Urgh - what a terrible experience. Feel so silly - should have read all these reviews before. The lashes don't work - they are really silly and fiddly. And without realising, I signed up for some account which means I've been paying for them every month. They obviously make it easy to do this by accident. Really hope this review stops someone else making the same mistake - awful!

I was excited about my subscription when I set it up, but when I emailed a question about swapping out the fuller set for a Sweetheart Natural instead, my subscription was cancelled all together with no response to my email.

Lashes are impossible to put on it the correct place. After 20 minutes of trying 1 eye, the magnets seem to be weakening. I'll try again, but so far I'm not having success.

I have sent 4 emails and 2 online requests for return instructions. They did not work for me and they state their product is 30-day money back guarantee. I have been ignored and filed a complaint with the BBB.

These DO NOT WORK - the lashes don't stick together. I bought multiple pairs as part of a special and none of them stick together. I even had a friend try on her lashes to make sure that this wasn't user error and confirmed that the lashes are just junk. I contacted customer service who advised to gift them to my friends and family and refuse a refund. Seriously, save yourself the money and buy another brand

The directions are so incredibly small you cannot even read them. When I could finally blow them up to read them, they are in a color that blends together so you cannot tell the letters apart. Horrible. When I finally got them on, they felt so heavy that I was very aware that I had on false eyelashes on, unlike salon lashes I had professionally done, which I could not even tell were on. I could never get them close enough to my eyelid to feel remotely comfortable. Very disappointed.
