Ademas de la wallet.. En un par de ocasiones, me advirtio de sitios peligrosos por posibles estafas, se agradece ese servicio le resta una estrella el que no haya encontrado como eliminar una nueva cuenta que cree por accidente, por lo demas, parece que esta todo bien

I have been using Metamask for a year and a half, at first I liked everything and suited it. But recently he began to notice that Metamask does not perform some transactions referring to some mistake, but partially withdraws money for the operation. I contacted support, they usually say it's not us, but the blockchain is to blame. In general, in Blockchain and Metamask, not everything is so simple. Which one of them is still cheating, or there are not quite solvable problems with the security of transfers, or the system is "leaky" ...

I opened an account with MetaMask in October 2019, and used their services for 5 months. In March of this year, when I attempted to access my account to liquidate one of these tokens, I discovered that my account had been replaced with another MetaMask account without my knowledge or approval. This new account has taken over my password and my 12- word seed phrase; these 2 pieces of information is what they required for me to set this account up. They falsely claimed I would need these 2 pieces of information in order to retrieve my account should I ever need it. Neither of these 2 pieces of information worked in restoring my original account… only the new account. I deposited $11,000.00 worth of tokens into my original account that are now worth over $18,000.00. Currently I am locked out of my account and have no access to these funds. I have been in contact and discussions with a rep at MetaMask named David Pazdan for the last 7 months. He has not been able to assist me in any way. I have done everything that he has suggested in trying different methods to try and restore my original account… all to no avail. He is claiming no responsibility at all for this whatsoever. ALL accounts originate from MetaMask, so this is a hijack of my account, and this $18,000 worth of tokens have effectively been stolen. Be careful

Muy ligera, para mi sustituye a otras de escritorio casi a la perfección. +PROS: ++ Ligera ++ Open source ++ Intuitiva ++ Con ciertas precauciones, se puede considerar que la wallet es segura. ++ App semi-nativa en el navegador brave. CONS: -- Seria bueno que añadiesen la opción de eliminar Perfiles vacíos directamente, te obligan a reiniciar la wallet para borrarlas (y esto tampoco garantiza su eliminación). -- Extender su funcionalidad a otras crypto.

Absolutely loving it. It is secured, has advanced features if you will to use them ,but on default is newbie friendly

You need to spend money to make money. Employ more staff and resolve your issues. I lost %50 of my net worth waiting for a response from the Metamask team. I finally received a response and the team sent me a generic solution that was already available on the internet. I am still waiting for a second response. I can not move my tokens.

Horrible customer service. I have submitted 2 questions to support and I have not gotten a response back to either one. The first support request was over 2 months ago. The first request still has an "Open" status next to it and it shows it was assigned to David Pazdan. He never responded to my support request. Made zero attempt to even try to help me. I submitted the second request 7 days ago and it still has not been assigned to anyone. And I highly doubt at this point my question will ever get answered.
