Overall experience is frustrating. Didnt apply my Groupon, overwritten with first time welcome code. I called them and worked it out so I thought.. They Sent me a email on a refund but never honored the Refund, total liars! I would Never use them again nor could I recommend anyone uses them! SAVE your time and Fustration!

I ordered 4 Christmas gifts back on October 29th. I emailed them on November 17th and was told that my order was in the final process and they would send me an email when it shipped. I emailed them again on November 30th about the status and have received no email as of today. I called customer service and got their tacky piano concerto for 16 minutes and no one ever answered. This is the worst customer service ever and now I am left wondering what to do for the 4 gifts that were in this order. I am also out over $200.00 for this!

I ordered one sign and I liked it so much that I ordered another one. I just wish they came in a little bigger. I highly recommend metals unlimited and I will definitely order again.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of outstanding! I placed an order for two different signs but I made an error selecting the correct size. Even though the order was in, I sent an immediate email and quickly received a response. The customer service team resolved the error, put in the new order and adjusted the charges. I expected a lengthy wait after all the hassle I caused, but my order arrived in just a few days! The products are beautifully crafted and of high quality. I ordered a sign with a first name and last name on the top and brewing company on the bottom. I okayed the preview because all four words were spelled correctly and in the right place. The sign arrived and the first name and last name were put together and the words brewing co. were put together - no space inbetween. I emailed and sent a picture and was told they would not redo the sign or offer a refund. Why would anyone assume you had to ask for a space between different words? They said I could buy another sign. Very poor customer service. I will never purchase from them again.

Their website allowed me to purchase a sign showing it was free with $8.49 shipping and they are not honoring my purchase I ordered a sign back on 7/31 from them. Order#549523. Once I added the customized sign to my cart to check out the website showed that the price was free and the shipping cost was $8.49. I paid the amount and received the confirmation email stating it could take 4-6 weeks for the order. I sent an emails last week checking status Because it was past the 6 week timeframe and to update the shipping address due to us moving soon. I never received a response so I called into their customer service and got the address updated and the girl advised me she'd check with the designer because of how long I had been waiting. Today I get an email stating I needed to pay $310 for the sign because their website had a glitch or they would cancel my order. I sent them a screenshot of my order but they still would not honor it. I have already patiently waited 10 weeks for my order only to be told I have to pay for their companies website glitch on the price.

First time customer. After reading all these reviews I was hesitant on ordering, But Im glad I did! I ordered my sign 2 weeks ago hoping to get it by my Anniversary on Oct. 16th. It said to expect 4-6 weeks for shipping. Well 2 weeks later I have it! I won't be late with my gift to my wife. It is Beautiful and looks exactly like I pictured. Thank you, I will be buying more in the future.
