If I could give zero stars I would - what a scam. Their warranty is worthless. They lie about giving any sort of refund even though they acknowledged getting the unused product I returned They claimed my refund of over $400 was on the way - LIES! Thia company robs you and the product is no better than any other product on the market and it tastes horrible!

It SOUNDS good at the beginning...affordable but then u get looped into 3 videos to try to sell me MORE products. Could not fast-forward thru them to decline offers, but finally did & only ordered ONLINE & some protein shakes. Once they sent me the link to "online" I realized it WASN'T "ONLINE" as one has to download PDFs to access the 81pgs of a Meal Plan booklet NOT "custom written for my metabolic type" - I also saw that their claim to not have to diet or exercise but more about what we need to eat for our hormones to be in balance was a crock! They tried to say you only need to exercise three times per week for 15 minutes and even if you have limitations you can do it. When they onboarding specialist called me to go over the plan I asked her why it was telling us to get out and walk 4,000 to 10,000 steps per day if it wasn't like other programs? Then she tried to tell me that the meal plan was a 3-2-1 meal plan where I would eat three meals, two without carbs and one with carbs and we would eat more protein and vegetables. I told her how this sounded like any other diet including the Atkins diet. There were no modifications for the exercises even though they said there would be but if I have to get out and do 10,000 steps per day when I'm recovering from a knee surgery then this is impossible. This whole thing is a flipping scam and I would definitely advise against trying to believe anything it says even from the beginning! Luckily I was able to finally get through and get them to give me a cancellation on the spot today. I wouldn't hang up until it was processed because I had read reviews about them not doing refunds. I am reporting this everywhere I can about this horrendous scam

It is likely impossible to KNOW that you will be able to use this program and like it before you buy it, but you will be TOTALLY FRUSTRATED trying to return it. I had to send four emails to have them finally send the return code. Then they would not refund the sales tax that I paid, stating they "didn't have to". REALLY?? BUYER BEWARE!!!

After seeing these bad reviews, I am not sure how this will progress. But I have found this program to be the only thing that has worked to reduce my waistline, in just one week. There is a lot of information, and the ordering process seemed tricky but when I contacted customer service they were quick in responding several times answering any questions and even refunded a portion of my order immediately crediting my account. Yes there is walking involved but that’s just part of it. I followed all of the recommendations and are seeing results for the first time in many years and various programs. Just be sure they don’t put your order on auto renewal if you don’t want that. Good luck!

I was missing two bottles in my order and Customer Service immediately addressed it. They actually refunded me the bottles I was missing and sent me my two missed bottles for free plus a free product.

Well, for one, like all tricky companies, this would subscribe you for their product and you don't even know about this subscription. For two, even though they state money back guarantee, to return their product they charge you! Such a sorry approach, like a cheap cheater would do... Nah... Their protein shake I was subscribed for unwillingly isn't anything outstanding, talking of taste quality. Besides, friend of mine, whom I have the first order away and who tolerated the taste, had a terrible rash. So now, to return $132 order that I've never asked for, they're charging me a penny under $10 BUT provide me the return lable! Is it a joke or flout?.. I'll never, NEVER buy anything from t them and certainly I DO NOT recommend the company!

Got sucked in by watching a YouTube tutorial on Metabolic Renewal. Seemed legit when I had a representative call me and we chatted for a good hour on the phone about all the wonderful attributes of their program. She sucked me into trying chocolate and vanilla metabolic protein packages, as well as some Omega syrup. Got dinged $252 USD. In hindsight, I should’ve just bought that $30 container of protein shake mix at Costco. I tried the shakes and they’re nothing remarkable. I actually fell ill with nausea and diarrhea after using this product. I explained this to the representative that I was dealing with this and then I asked for a refund on the shakes, but I would keep the Omega syrup. I got sent an email by this other woman who claimed to be someone who could help me deal with my issue and she basically cut me off saying I never responded to her email and then the ticket was closed, she can’t help me the 90 day moneyback guarantee didn’t look possible and I haven’t heard back from either of them since this was a few weeks ago .. what a bunch of con artists!! Great customer service: NOT! So in hindsight, if it sounds too good to be true, it is, save your money and just buy protein powder from your local health food store or Costco and the meal plans were like any other meal plan that you could get online or from a magazine, nothing revolutionary here. Based on this experience, I got scammed and they’re not willing to back up their money back guarantee ..do not deal with this company if you don’t like wasting your money. Oh and the amount of spam emails from a woman called “Mere” is unbelievable!

I watched a video that seemed very inspiring. I had my phone " consult". Discussed my goals and any health issues. I ordered 2 products that is suppose to curb hunger and help weight loss.
