I didn't sign up for any of the extras. Got the DVDs and like using them. I also ordered the Vanilla Metabolic Super Protein powder and unfortunately think it is WAY TOO SWEET in taste (stevia).

I found the video takes too long to get to the point aswell, some experience and details are obvisouly usefull but this was really too long . For those who want to see the begining of the interesting part and the list of the 5 foods, just skip to 25m 45 . This offer seems great and i was tempted but I never give out personel details or credit card information until im 100% sure its not a scam. Still not sure if its genuine, would be nice to have real feedback on this. Also it says its digital but shows pictures of books so im curious to know if this is genuine ? personally I would prefere paper than digital

After seeing these bad reviews, I am not sure how this will progress. But I have found this program to be the only thing that has worked to reduce my waistline, in just one week. There is a lot of information, and the ordering process seemed tricky but when I contacted customer service they were quick in responding several times answering any questions and even refunded a portion of my order immediately crediting my account. Yes there is walking involved but that’s just part of it. I followed all of the recommendations and are seeing results for the first time in many years and various programs. Just be sure they don’t put your order on auto renewal if you don’t want that. Good luck!

I watched a video that seemed very inspiring. I had my phone " consult". Discussed my goals and any health issues. I ordered 2 products that is suppose to curb hunger and help weight loss. One product has xylitol ( which I am highly sensitive too) IBS.I have messaged my adviser a number of times with no follow up. :( The workouts seem ok. I am not sure I am overly impressed.
