I reached out through their "contact us" field and they have never responded. There is no phone number option. Really dislike sites that make contacting them such a chore. If you can't answer up front questions I'm doubtful you will provide any customer support post purchase.

I bought some very cute and expensive 100% cotton pajamas. They are scratchy even after washing 6 times to try to soften. The company customer service does not respond. $165 wasted! I am now reporting them to Better Business Bureau. I am so disappointed

Returns should be free. There is no way to know what will fit, etc. this will limit my willingness to purchase other items. Also - more ranges of sizes would be great.
