I received my dress on time. I ordered it according to the size chart. It is a medium, which is too large on me. Since it was on sale, I don’t know if it is returnable for a size small? Just have to say this a beautiful dress and the color I ordered is just gorgeous.

I really like a couple of your styles of OS T-shirts and sweaters. I do think they are a little over priced.

Hello, I placed an order for two bottles of lotion. When my order arrived, two bottles of hand soap were inside the box. I notified Mersea and they sent the correct items. I was displeased with the mistake but very pleased with how Mersea responded. Thank you so much.

I was hoping that the piece was grayer

My favorite scent since visiting The Tides in. The wool balls do help with drying faster but does not add the scent I expected.

Pleased with the long cardigan; love the style, fabric and sky blue color. Price point a bit too high which would probably keep me from ordering another one.

Great garment, well constructed.

I love the cotton shirt I ordered. Great fit. Nice workmanship. But I accidentally threw it in the dryer and it shrunk. My bad. But believe the label that says not to put it in the dryer.
