I am a videographer and find that I can depend on Meritline to provide the products I need in a very timely manner to keep my independent business moving forward. Without their excellent service and products I doubt that we would have succeeded in being one of the most sought after video companies in the area.

Great customer service! I ordered a (refurbished) wireless keyboard/mouse combo. The keyboard was defective upon receipt, but Meritline quickly replaced it with another set. Quick to respond and resolved the issue. A+

I have bought at least 7 to 10 items form Meritline all items are as describe all have worked as they should they ship very fast I don't think I have ever had to pay shipping, I have never tryed or needed to use costumer support or return an item so I can't rate costumer support. Saying that I can say that Meritline when I order an item confirmation , order status, and tracking information is very timely. Meritline is a very good company I feel very confidant when ordering from Meritline

Good prices. Fast shipping, even when from Hong Kong. Great email confirmations of shipping progress, etc. Some stuff, like one electronic meter, was just above junk quality, but the price was appropriate, and I used it. Two items in several years of buying arrived defective; one email and the items were replaced without me returning them -- I just had to photograph the item. Sometimes they have a video to show you what you are buying. However, sometimes there is too little information (like what battery is used, or how various modes might work) or the information is in Chinese pigeon English and hard to understand. But the reviews normally supply the info you need and in general they are responsive to customer complaints.

Always great deals and no problems so far and I've been using them years.

I like Meritline for it's low price on most of the stuff. I wait for the email notification from them every morning to check out the deals and more often than not I make 2-3 purchases a week. Shipping takes time but I know what I'm paying and I can wait.
