I have been ordering from meritlline.com and have been very happy with them and have even referred several people to them. On Monday I ordered a flash drive video camcorder, paid for it and received an order confirmation email. Then a few hours later get a cancelation notice, but the item was still being listed as for sale on the same terms. I think I will be much more selective in my ordering since the scam masters have taken over what was a great company to do business with

Don't even waste your time buying from this seller. Waited two days after they took my payment for shipping update just to learn that something was "In Stock" when I ordered it was not available at all. Paid Extra for rush processing. Complete waste of time.

I recently placed an order (#1002****7), but because the billing address didn't match the card, I got an email asking me to reply with the correct billing address. I did so immediately, but then got another email a couple days later saying NO EMAIL had been received and meritline was cancelling my order. I went meritline.com to use the contact submission form to inform them of this and received this message upon hitting the "SUBMIT" button: We're sorry, but the page you're looking for no longer exists. Go to Meritline.com's Home Page By this point, it was obvious they cannot be contacted via email OR web, so I called customer service to inform them of meritline's email problems AND the dead link on their webpage and that I wouldn't be following through with my order. Instead of thanking me for taking time out of my day to bring these issues to their attention, the lady I spoke to HUNG UP ON ME!!! So now I get to waste MORE time out of my day doing my due diligence as a consumer by informing everyone else that this is a HORRIBLE merchant and POSSIBLY A SCAM SITE!! If ANYTHING AT ALL goes wrong with your order, good luck getting them to give half a damn!are affiliated or have a conflict of interest with this website.

I ordered HP 60 ink cartridges on May 29, 2013 and paid $25.02 with shipping. The ink cartridges I received were only ¼ full or completely empty. I requested replacements and was sent RMA information. I paid to return the bad cartridges but was told in response that one of the cartridges I returned was not their product because it was an EOM HP cartridge? Either Meritline sent me ink cartridges not yet remanufactured or I mistakenly sent back one of my original HP cartridge. It’s the same ink cartridge folks as you sent me, just remanufacture it. That’s what you do isn’t it?

Poor customer service. I had ordered a Harmony Remote and upon delivery found the product inoperable. Despite their published return and refund policy the company failed to offer a refund and send I would only receive a replacement. Further they told me that I had to leave it to chance that they would replace the remote with a working unit.

I ordered a Laptop case (207-370-001) Merax Agent Aluminum-like La[top case, advertised to fit up to 17". When I received it, it was tagged to fit up to 15.4" also it had a manufactures defect or damaged. When I spoke to even the customer service manage, he laughed about it. I bought various types of 2.5mm - 3.5mm adapters for my cell phone. They did not work. The 2.5mm cable was smaller than 2.5mm so it did not fit securely into my cell phone. The 2.5-3.5 adapter only worked on one channel, no stereo.

I ordered two 4gb micro sd cards on dec 22nd, which the website stated were in stock. On Dec 29th I got an email saying they were back ordered and I should recieve them on jan 7th(it took them a week to decide that they didn't have them in stock). The same day they said it was on backorder they sent me an email saying they had canceled my order and the reason was order cannot be fulfilled. I called them but of course it was a sunday and they weren't open when I finally got the email. I called back on monday and talked to some moron customer service rep that kept telling me that I sent an email canceling the order. I talked to a supervisor who told me that they had the email that I supposedly sent, saying I wanted to cancel the order. I said maybe it's your system and she said I don't think so. I then proceeded to say " so computers never make mistakes do they?". She said well it is possible and told me they would check into it and have someone call me back. I got an email forwarded from them supposedly from me, saying in broken english something like " I cant wait til jan 7th, I want cancel order". I would never use broken english, I'm not from some 3rd world country. Anyways I got an email from the moron in charge of the orders saying that it was her fault the order got canceled and that they would give me $2.00 credit for the trouble. This that and blah blah blah later I told them if they were willing to upgrade the shipping to 3 days so I could get it I would keep my business with them, this was on jan 8th. Today is Jan 11th and I get a call from the supervisor saying the item is backordered again, when it said it was in stock again the day I ordered it. So the upgraded shipping is pretty much worthless as I now have to wait an extra week to get it, it's been 3 weeks since I originally ordered the item and I still don't have it. My recommendation is don't shop at meritline unless you want to get screwed around and wait 4 times longer for your stuff.
