I am a repeat Meritline customer and for me, that says it all. Their products may not always be top of the line, but they are most often reliable and at a very competitive price. Their customer service has been very good to excellent and I would not hesitate to order again or recommend the company to friends or family.

I have been shopping Meritline for many, MANY years now. I have always been happy with their products. Some have been cheap but then so were expectations when you pay less than $1 for something. Other things though have been totally worthwhile: hdmi cables, network cables, pocket knives, CREE flashlights, antenna's, batteries, headband flashlights, pocket credit card knives, tools and so much more. The list goes on and on and again, i've always been happy. On the very rare times that i don't get an order (because the vast majority of their product comes straight from China and takes 6 - 12 weeks to arrive) i would make contact with customer service. They always ask to give it more time which i do. Once that time comes and goes i contact them again and they will offer to reship or refund. It's now been so long since i placed the original order i figure "what the heck" and i reorder. Product usually comes this second time around. Only 2 times did the order still not show and Meritline was quick to refund my money. My only 2 complaints... 1... if you change your email address Meritline is unable to change your email on your account. Instead, you are forced to create a NEW account. You wind up losing your entire previous purchase histories. You can print them off but what good is that? I find it amazing that in todays world, they can't simply go into your profile and change your email address. NOPE. The second thing i really dislike is the sheer length of time it takes for items to arrive. Again, i get it's coming from China, but still.... packages should not take 30 - 60 days to arrive and that often is the case. A rule of thumb... you'll get a decent product from Meritline. I've always gotten decent customer support when needed. But, do not order anything if you are in a hurry! I have and will continue to shop with Meritline. Now... if only they would fix the problem and allow email changes on existing accounts vs. forcing customers to make new accounts... then i would be very, very happy.

I have used Meritline for several years now and have had very good results. If you order some of their Cheap items, that is exactly what you will receive. I have ordered over 300 ink cartridges from them and have only had a 6 not function. Not bad. I have also ordered muliple (50+) sd cards and usb thumb drives, and have had excellent results. They all continue to function.

I really like using Meritline, I can usually find what I need and at very reasonable prices. I use them regularly to order ink for my printer. The store has good items and good sales as well. I like seeing what will be offered next.

They provide low-cost products. Occassionally things don't work like they are supposed to, but Meritline makes it right. Shipping can take a long time, but it is coming from overseas for free. You can pay extra for service if you need it quicker. I recommend Meritline for cables, cases and most things they sell. Keep in mind what they are and how much you are buying something for and you won't be disappointed.

If you are in the market for inexpensive cables for home theater or networking projects, they sell decent quality cables for far less than you would find them locally or most online retailers. I did order a powered USB 2.0 hub which I am having issues with, but for the price I paid it's just not worth the hassle of opening an RMA ticket. Overall fast shipping from US locations, and they'll let you know up front in the item description if the item ships from overseas and what delay to expect.
