I've been very satisfied with the products and the purchase experience. I have a number of their undershirt, long 165 base bottoms, and their wool socks.

I bought 160, 250, and 320 weight MerinoTech tops for backpacking in cool and cold weather, and some 320 weight thermals for camping out on the trail at night. They survived the torture test while I was recently backpacking on the Long Trail in VT, are comfortable (not itchy), and they wash well too. Even though the care instructions are pretty excessive, I wash them in my washer on cold with my other clothes, and dry them in the dryer with my other clothes and they come out great! The quality is excellent and the price/value is awesome! The bonus is I'm not buying plastic (synthetic) hiking gear anymore!

Fast shipping! Bought several base layer shirts and a pair of base layer bottoms for a trip to Iceland in October. Never got cold while hiking in freezing temps on the trip!!

The customer service is first rate. I ordered several items at once, but they came separately. One of the items had an issue (wrong size and color). I contacted customer support and they took care of it immediately and satisfactorily. The quality of the products also seems to be good. Since I just received them, I can't yet comment on their durability.

Fit perfectly. It even survived hot yoga without any odor. All at the same cost as toxic brands. Definitely recommend and will purchase again.

Loved everything I bought so far! Good quality and cost is absolutely reasonable! Appreciated a pair of hiking socks included *free with the items I purchased!

I now own several garments from Merino Tech. I live in frigid New England and from October to May it seems I’m always cold. I’ve tried everything - those technical long Johns, fleece, etc. Nothing works like a base layer of the 320 weight top and pants. I also have sensitive skin and yet am able to wear this wool. I even wear the pants out of the house sometimes (nowhere fancy, but like leggings with a tunic top) - they look so good on! When I wash them (hang dry), they come out perfect - and of course you don’t have to wash these as often. Great product!
