The material for the t shirt is a bit more snug-fitting than expected, but the feel of the fabric is pretty good.

Attentive customer service. First time, item was replaced right away. Presently I am in touch with CS and they are deliberation response to a hole after one washing. My fingers are crossed. I like the value in the several orders I've made.

Great t-shirt! I'm happy with the appearance and quality. The fit is a little closer than I'd prefer, but consistent with the industry and style. Shipping was quick!

The polo shirt I bought had a distinct woolly smell that got really bad when I wore in the heat and got sweaty. Support initially said it's unusual, but acknowledged that it can happen. Unfortunately they also said it was too late at that point to return it, and suggested soaking it for a while in some vinegar and water. That didn't help, and I assumed it was money down the drain. So I left a review in accordance with that. But after the company's response, I followed up with them, and they made it right. If their products occasionally have that issue, I'd suggest the company may want to account for that possibility in the return policy up front. We might have wound up with an exchange, instead of a refund. But we're all square either way.

Merino-Tech processes orders promptly and the clothing is well made. However, the Merino wool beanie I purchased was a disappointment. I found it by Googling heavy weight Merino wool beanies. The product's description doesn't address the weight of the fabric. The beanie is very thin and I have reached out to the company and expect a positive outcome. Update: Merino-Tech handled my concerns fully to my satisfaction. They will update the beanie's description to remark on the weight of the fabric. In addition, they issued a credit to me without asking for me to return the beanie. Could not have been resolved better.

I had already purchased long sleeve merino polos and only midly dissapointed because there is a logo on the short sleeve polo just purchased. Not a huge issue but I would perfer no identifiers on my clothing. Otherwise quality, fit and feel are spot on.

Before apparently late delivery you're asking for a review when my shirts have NOT arrived???? Cart before the horse!!! better not be any plastics involved After delivery GREAT. FEEL NICE. LOOK GOOD And I machine washed and dried them without noticeable damage. I’m using these as first liner under my tees and shirts.

I have purchased the intermediate weight and heavy weight base layer pieces from merino.tech. I have not purchased any of their lightweight pieces. I have a few lightweight merino pieces from other manufacturers and I know that lightweight pieces are very thin which is not what I want from wool clothing I believe that the measurements in their size chart are accurate. My only issue with the merino.tech brand is that their clothing is slightly more itchy than the more expensive technical merino brands. I can live with that slight itch.
