Good price. Exchanges made easy. Some items may need to be sized up if you want a roomier fit. Normal for me large or xl. I had to go xxl for the hoodie.

Ordered the thermal base layer sets for me and my husband. The base layers are really warm and comfortable - we write them in the cold in Alaska. My husband’s set developed a hole in a few days. The Merino Tech team was super responsive and immediately helped us with a replacement. This is great value for the cost. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with initial order and the response was disappointing. I shared my feedback here and the company recently read it and reached out to make things right 8 months later. The its never too late to make things right approach is appreciated and shows a customer focused culture. I do really like the quality of the merino t-shirts they make and getting a free pair of quality socks with many of their shirts is a big bonus. Thank you for doing the right thing in the end.
