The industry is odd - best to read up on how it works to set expectations on how much it costs and where the money goes. I was very happy with Spencer Thomas and how he handled getting my car shipped. He was prompt, communicative, and he found a suitable transporter for the next day, and all seemed to go relatively smooth. Only negative has to do with how they jog for business, and this is not just them, it's an industry thing - which is spam out emails with lower rates than you should expect to pay, then it's a bait and switch with what the price actually is. My eventual price was slightly higher than the initial bid - which i was told was a price they never could have achieved. But the end price was still better than many of the quotes i was getting elsewhere. Suggestion to all - look up businesses that have positive reviews on BBB or yelp or whatever your favorite review platform is. Make sure you feel comfortable and trust them (to some extent). I'm still giving Mercury a positive review, and would likely inquire with them again if i had to ship another car.

This is the second time I’ve used Mercury as specifically, Lawrence. My experience both times has been exceptional. Excellent explanation of services, great communication to the entire process from for curing a transport company to delivery. I’ve never once called regardless of time and not received an immediate response. Can’t speak highly enough.

After getting numerous quotes to ship our vehicle, I decided to use Mercury Auto Transport. One of the main reasons I went with Mercury was because of Misty Stovall. She did a great job of communicating and always kept me up to date with the transport of the vehicle. Definitely would use them again.
