I have ordered a number of times and never really had a good experience. A few months ago I ordered two albums and a couple posters which took more than three weeks to arrive after paying more than $6.00 for shipping. I thought I would give them another try 3 weeks ago. I ordered one album. Paid over $6.00 for shipping again. I am still waiting for it. Three weeks. I will NEVER order from them again.

If only I could give zero stars. I have ordered plenty of releases from bands. The product always arrives by release date and typically before. The Merchtable order arrived 10 days late. There was no communication. I sent an email and they responded to my email almost a week after I sent it. Their response was empty, and the real cherry on the cake was that their response had a link to give a review of their customer service and when I opened it, it automatically gave them a star and a good review. I will never use them again. You should not either.

This company is trash. Paid $9 for shipping that took over a week because they ship via USPS. However, that shipping is handled by UPS so your package arrives in your city 3 or 4 days before you get it because UPS delivers it to the post office. The post office then has to sort it and send it out for delivery. So it adds an extra 4 or 5 days sitting in the heat in the back of trucks. Maybe they can add FedEx and DHL to the shipping chain so everyone can have a chance in the record melting game.

If I could give them Zero stars, I would. Any band, podcast or other artist who is still using Merchtable, and want to ever have a repeat customer, should quickly leave this platform & hire a provider with the ability to manage their merchandise. (May I suggest Shopify.) They have inaccurate inventory tracking, misquote shipping dates by up to 4 weeks, will not notify you of any changes & when you contact them to get details, they will refuse to apologize, or admit they made a mistake let alone offer any resolution at all. I will never again order from anyone using this platform, and not because they made a mistake, but because they aren’t business savvy enough to even apologize for it.

Further to my complaint at the end of November, with no thanks whatsoever to Mallory - Neurot Recordings and ultimately Malleus have furnished me with a new translucent album sleeve. So, once again - thanks for nothing...
