Its been 15 years and they still haven't expanded the store to other countries. I live in Cyprus an EU state member and they don't ship to us but they can charge us for the items but not ship them to our country. Alongside other EU countries we are excluded from their merch store for more than 15 years. The community has been slowling stop playing and caring about their games since they can't order any merch frok them. When arcane did a popmart colab and some shops were able to bring those items in the country, they instantly sold for 3 times their market price because it was the first and only merch we could buy.

impossible de contacter le support de la BOUTIQUE MERCH en irlande elle renvoie sur le support Riot games ou on doit avoir un compte du jeu pour ouvrir un ticket MAIS impossible d'ouvrir un ticket sur du merchandising . il n'ya que des rubriques techniques sur les jeux ! c'est vraiment des sociétés qui passent au dessus des lois ! je vais les signaler à la dgccrf en france. j'ai un soucis avec mon objet commandé et je ne peux les joindre en SAV !

They are part of VOEC but they sends without registering VOEC digitally. Result is that reciever country runs import tax and fees and you have to manually contact them to have it reimbursed. Yet they do not cover fees what so ever.

Preordered a product with release Date May 8th on 20th of april. Had multiple interactions with support, all without any result. Now on 26th of may I am still waiting for the product. The logistics and delivery service are insanely poor for a billion dollar company. Absolutely embarrassing. Never order from riot!

Every time I have needed support they have been polite but not really able to solve my issues or give good information. I always ended up solving stuff myself. Now the worst part: they are SLOW with sending your preorders. Wow. And you can’t even cancel it even after waiting for weeks… like everything else Riot does, from software to customer experience it is worse than what it should be for such a big company.

Ordered an item and it has not updated or been shipped out even after 4 weeks. Contacted Riot multiple times and they said they cannot update me on my order but also that they cannot cancel or refund the order because it is being prepared for processing which apparently it has getting prepared for processing for weeks now.

Waiting For order more then 2 months. Bad communitacion, they shipped order to the bad adress, crazy I am rly upset no more orders from them

Absolutely terrible customer service. I moved house and so asked to change the address TWO WEEKS before the product even shipped, no response. The product shipped, my old address handed the parcel back to the postman, and it just says the parcel has been delivered. I sent another email asking where the package is, and because of their poor choice in courier, I'm unable to contact Evri about it either. I still have no clue where my parcel is a month later.
