I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the material of the shirts. Customer service was exceptional too!

I was provided the option to resize our logo on the shirts we ordered. I took some time to consider this and look at the designs and our logo need to be reduced in size by at least 3/4. When we got the shirts the logo was huge and looks kind of silly. I Didn't bother to contact the company because it seemed silly to return 100 shirts but everyone in the band was disappointed. I will seek a different vendor when we need to order more.

Merchly has handled two of my band's merch orders and each shirt was perfectly printed and delivered on time. I cannot express how great of a company Merchly is. The customer service is fantastic.
