Also, I see the payment for this order is being disputed as 'cardholder does not recognize this charge'. That seems odd, the charge on your statement should have been for 'Merchly', the company you are leaving this review for. We would need that dispute removed if we are move forward with any sort of resolution. Thanks!

Oh no! So sorry your order did not arrive when or how you were expecting!
