Our product shipment arrived earlier than expected and was of excellent quality, both shirts and printing. However, we did not receive any order confirmation whatsoever, (no email, text, detailed invoice, etc.), and the box we received contained no packing list. While waiting for order fulfillment, we opted to just trust the company because of it's apparent affiliation with CDBaby, which has always a great company.

Shirts came in on time and looked great! Could have used a little more communication about when they were shipping but other than that I am pleased.

This was my first experience with Merchly and it was a great one. We had a few snags with our art submission and their staff was all over it and helped us fix the issue. It should have delayed shipment of the product, but they expedited things through and got us the shirts well before the promised date. Excellent customer and the shirts are great.
