I ordered 50 shirts for my family reunion! The assistance I received from John and Zach was top notch. Merch.ly is an extremely reliable company. I received the shirts fast (shipped to Maryland) and they were great quality shirts. All were pleased with the shirts. I would order from them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Merch.ly!

The order did not arrive on time. The shirts were a significantly lighter color in person than online. Pretty bummed.

Oh no! So sorry your order did not arrive when or how you were expecting! Unfortunately, custom manufacturing items sometimes takes a bit longer than even we would like....and in your case it meant your order did not arrive on time. :-( I looked into your situation and we have refunded the rush fees paid on your order as a result of our delay. Please let us know if you want to discuss the matter further or give us a call. 866-522-4012

I was completely satisfied and grateful for the help putting two orders together, modifying the second order to better suit our company. Multiple shirts, sizes and colors to see around town. We absolutely love them.
